About the device
The ZyXEL P-2812HNU-F1 modem supports both internet and landline calling. With this modem, multiple computers can access wireless internet at the same time. That makes it easy to connect your computer, laptop, tablet and smartphone to the internet. You can also set up a blazing-fast wired network with this modem via its 4 gigabit ethernet ports. The wireless modem supports speeds up to 300 Mbit/s.

Setting up your CheapConnect account
1. Choose 'VoIP' and then 'SIP'



2. Then, on the 'SIP Service Provider' tab, fill in the following details:

SIP Service Provider Name: CheapConnect
SIP Local Port: 5060
Main SIP Server Address: sip.cheapconnect.net
SIP Server Port: 5060
REGISTER Server Address: sip.cheapconnect.net
REGISTER Server Port: 5060
SIP Service Domain: sip.cheapconnect.net

Bound Interface Name
Bound Interface Name: AnyWAN

RFC Support
PRACK (RFC 3262):  Supported
DNS SRV Enabled (RFC 3263): Off
Session Timer (RFC 4028): Off

VoIP IOP Flags
Replace dial digit '#' to '%23' in SIP messages: Off
Remove ':5060' and 'transport=udp' from request-uri in SIP messages: On
Remove the 'Route' header in SIP messages: Off
Don't send re-Invite to the remote party when there are multiple codecs answered in the SDP: On
Remove the 'Authentication' header in SIP ACK message: On
